What we collect. Lodestar Alerts stores exactly one phone number: the owner-operator's own number, entered by the owner. No other personal information is collected from any person.
How it is used. The number is used solely to deliver the owner's own transactional alerts (trade confirmations, price-level notifications, system status). It is never used for marketing.
Sharing. No mobile information is ever sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Retention and deletion. The number is retained only while the alert service is active and is deleted upon opt-out or service shutdown.
